Make your very own elderberry syrup with this complete kit that comes with 98g (1 cup) of elderberries, 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves and dry ginger pieces.
All you have to do is add 4 cups of spring water to a pot and put all contents of the package in the pot. Bring to a boil, then turn on medium and simmer for 30 mins. Turn off let cool and strain into a clean glass jar. Let cool to warm and add either 1 cup of honey 🍯 or maple syrup 🍁
Store in fridge and give 1 tbsp per day every while sick or when sickness is beginning to start!
Makes 1 litre of syrup that last 30 days for a family of 5.
You may keep the pulp and steep and second time.
